[JAVA] It's been a year since I became a web engineer, so I looked back.

Preface

This is my first post, It's been a year as a web engineer, so I looked back on the year. For those who are thinking of becoming an engineer, one future forecast map I hope that those who are already active as engineers will think that there are such people.

Until you become an engineer

First of all, I will briefly touch on my career and why I became an engineer.

Career

From the time I dropped out of college until I joined the company, I lived only part-time.

Reasons for choosing an engineer job

2 months after joining the company

Participated in training for inexperienced programming in external training. As the content --PC basics based on the contents of the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination --SQL basics --Java basics --JavaScript, HTML, CSS basics --Application development using Servlet / JSP

etc...

To be honest, I felt that I was packed with a considerable amount of knowledge in two months, (As for the volume, the image of doing a society in the third year of junior high school in two months ...?) At this point, I thought "programming is fun !!"

First site after training! First job!

After two months of training, I finally got my first job at the first site (SES)! We participated in a team of three people, one senior from our company and one BP. As of October 2018, we are still participating in the same site.

Work content in the field

Specification technology

etc...

Impressions of one year

I felt that I had to improve my programming skills outside of work! That's because work takes less time to write programs and doesn't handle the latest technology. It's around this time that I also feel that Java versions are old and I don't personally write applications for modern development. However, I find it rewarding to hear the voices of customers who also use work other than programming, such as operation and maintenance. In the future, I would like to continue to devote myself to becoming a full-fledged engineer with even more technical capabilities.

Finally

This time it was the first post, so there was no technical content, but From the next time onward, I would like to personally create an application and introduce it. (Maybe I'll do Django?)
