[JAVA] eclipse tab width change does not work.

I had an idea, so I went back to Java for the first time in a while and launched eclipse. Change the tab width from 4 spaces to 2 to change your mood. Apply it and tab it with a little excitement. It doesn't change.

Carefully reconfirmed here as if it was the usual hurry. I also compared it with the googled instruction book, but the result is the same.
