[Ruby] Solution when mysql2 is bundle install error

Prerequisites

mac OS Rails 6.0.3.2 ruby 2.6.3p62 (2019-04-16 revision 67580) [x86_64-darwin19]

problem

While looking at the teaching materials of a certain online school and creating a project in the local environment, the following error occurred in bundle install.

It was shown below because it solved a similar error.

$bundle config --local build.mysql2 "--with-ldflags=-L/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib"
$ bundle install
