JAVA did not become the ISO / IEC JTC1 standard or ECMA standard. Confirmation that JAVA was not like air.

Compared to 1997-1998, when JAVA did not become an ISO / IEC JTC1 standard PHP and Python were created long ago. Not related to JAVA's non-disclosure.
