Implémentez GraphGatherLayer de DeepChem avec la couche personnalisée de PyTorch

Après GraphConvLayer et GraphPoolLayer, j'ai implémenté GraphGatherLayer de DeepChem avec une couche personnalisée de Pytorch.

J'ai porté GraphGatherLayer de DeepChem sur PyTorch et j'ai essayé de transmettre le résultat de sortie du GraphConvLayer précédent au GraphPoolLayer créé.

résultat

Oui, non. Pour le moment, la forme résultante est le nombre de molécules x 40 dimensions, et on peut voir que les atomes sont agrégés dans les molécules. J'aime ce sentiment de boîte blanche comme d'habitude (les commentaires sont exactement les mêmes à chaque fois, donc je le saute). Cette fois, j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à porter les opérations unsorted_segment_sum et unsorted_segment_max de TensorFlow. La vérification est sur le point de commencer.
