Terminal does not start

Is there something like this? I typed rails s in the terminal

 Address already in use - bind(2) for "127.0.0.1" port 3000 (Errno::EADDRINUSE)

May give an error ・ Address already in use (The address is already in use) will be translated.

Cause Error "" 127.0.0.1 "port 3000" is already in use
