VScode environment construction (on Mac) & graph display in Python (@browser)

Stumbles from the beginning!
This time, create a folder called "basic_js_graph" and practice. → Where? w → Gugu finds such an article (https://homepagenopro.com/free/vsc.html)
→ Create a folder called "basic_js_graph" on the desktop.
→ There is no button to add a folder. .. w There is "Open Folder". I'm worried about that for 10 minutes. Complete the folder registration by dragging and dropping with no use. Is this right? ?? I don't know.

This was unexpectedly resolved immediately.
Click here and enter "index.html".
If you press "!" On an empty html file, VS Code will create an html template for you. Great! Nothing happens when I press it. →! It turns out that it is a + tab key. Impressed when you can.
Move to STEP2
In the VS Code terminal, go to "basic_js_graph" and type "python simpleserver-startup.py" to execute
I stumble again here.
The local server does not start no matter how many times I try.

python -m SimpleHTTPServer
When I typed in, I was able to start the server, but only a blank page was displayed.
Looking at the terminal, it looks like it's connected?
