I want to be a Linux screen distribution YouTuber by distributing my own cool Linux work screen and the screen of a cool OpenGL/Vulkan application on Youtube.
There are several, but for the time being, is SimpleScreenRecorder that can be entered with apt better?
How to install and use SimpleScreenRecorder for easy screen recording on Ubuntu https://ry0.github.io/blog/2016/02/21/simplescreenrecorder/#gsc.tab=0
Thank you.
OpenGL screens can be captured with relatively little processing load. Vulkan is lagging.

Thank you.
You can put in the screenkey!
However, the snap version doesn't seem to have an icon on the taskbar, so I had to kill the process on the command line to quit.
How do I highlight my mouse pointer while screen recording? https://askubuntu.com/questions/777896/how-do-i-highlight-my-mouse-pointer-while-screen-recording
For the time being, with key-mon (sudo apt install key-mon
),
$ key-mon --visible_click
You can put out a frame when you click with, but it is slightly unresponsive.
You can use --follow_mouse
to create a circle around the mouse.
However, since the default is yellow, it is difficult to understand if it is a black background.
If you use locate-pointer with dconf-editor, the effect will appear on the mouse only when you press ctrl, so it is not easy to use ...
It seems good to replace the mouse image, but it seems to be troublesome ...
For the time being, I think Youtube Studio is fine as long as you cut and edit.
Shotcut or OpenCut was a good choice for running on Linux! (Both have AppImage format)
