First, I bought a purple book (text) and read it. About two laps. Most of the content is basic I also solved the exercises. At this point, we are not doing a mock exam.
Next is Kuromoto (workbook). Solve the problem book earnestly. This is also two laps. There were many problems that Kuromoto had more difficult to solve. Especially for Stream, lambda expressions, Files, try-with-resources I wasn't familiar with it, so I didn't know what to do.
I mainly study only on the train going back and forth. I felt like I was motivated, but I was sloppy.
After that, I lived a mock exam. From now on, I also studied on weekdays and holidays. 1 purple book, 2 black books, 1 problem provided by Oracle I did a total of 4 mock exams for about 3 laps. The total study time is a little over a month.
The result was perfect. The perfect score doesn't mean much, but it felt good. The content is really the same as the mock exam, so if you get 80 to 90% of the mock exam, you can pass it. I thought it was serious.
I didn't buy a purple book. I thought that if I did only the exercises and mock exams of Kuromoto, I could do the same as Silver.
After going around the Kuromoto question book twice and taking a mock exam, I couldn't solve the question at all. I really only know about 1/10. I woke up so I bought a purple book and started doing it.
By the way, due to various circumstances, I only had three weeks. Gold study is devoted to studying either weekdays or Saturdays and Sundays.
Gold often has to be memorized. Especially methods. You have to remember the arguments and return value of each Function Minor methods of Collection and Map came out You can't solve it unless you remember those contents, arguments, and return values. Silver can pass if you understand the rules and get used to the problem. I think Gold is tough if you don't understand each method enough to actually use it.
So the important method is like a word book Collectively in Google Spreadsheets I memorized it by looking at it on my mobile phone when I was commuting or in my spare time. I thought I wouldn't remember even if I stared at the text. The practice test is purple, black, and provided by Oracle three times. It's been a week before the exam is scheduled, and I'm weak, so I bought a white book (question book). Three laps of exercises and mock exams. I actually wrote the code and experienced it.
It was hard even if I could get 100 points in the black book mock exam. The purple book mock exam can only get about 60-70 points. Even if purple is 100 I can only get about 70 points for white. After all the range is wide. However, I thought that I would accept these three types as 100. Each teaching material was difficult in the order of purple, white, and black. By the way, it seems that this is the final weapon, but it was not released at the time of my examination. I was able to pass. 95%. After all, the liver is that I remembered what I should memorize I got used to the problems in many practice exams. I think you can get Gold by standing these two. Even if you don't have a white road roller, you may not need it because I think you could pass it in about 80%. The period is one month for Silver and three weeks for Gold, but the concentration is completely different. Gold has about 1.5 times more study time.
