I passed 9/21, so I will write down my experience before I forget it.
Test results: Study period: Approximately 4 weeks Score rate: 88% (pass line 65%)
At the company information session held by the vocational training school I am currently attending, when I asked, "What qualifications should I have for job hunting?", All the companies agreed ** "If you take Java Silver, you can get out of one step by itself" ** ~~ "And the basic information technician exam" ~~, so I decided to get it in order to get out of synchronization.
I'm ashamed to say that I hadn't studied properly before, so after doing a lot of research online, I decided to conclude that "I wish I could buy a black book and solve the problem for about 3 weeks: smile:".
Thorough capture Java SE 8 Silver problem collection [1Z0-808] (commonly known as "black book")
On 8/25, Kuromoto arrived from Amazon, and unfamiliar qualification study began. During the study period, concentrate on solving 1 to 3 chapters a day at home, and solve Simulated A once at the end of the week. This was repeated 3 times. (I also tried a study challenge on the train, but I couldn't concentrate, so I stopped it once.)
** Simulated A score **
1st week simulation A: 45/77 During the first week, I was confused from various places and realized that "I seemed to know Java, but I didn't know it at all." While denting a little, I started the second week, paying attention to solve the problems that I did not understand in the first week.
2nd week simulation A: 57/77 The score did not increase so much, but I was able to solve the problem I was not good at, so I was wondering if I could continue studying. With a little joy, I started the third week with an overall review in mind.
3rd week simulation A: 65/77 I felt like I could go very well, so I decided to apply for the exam one week later. While clearing the troublesome application, I was devoting myself to solving simulated A and B for the remaining week.
** Final mock score **
There is no basis, but I just feel like I can go. (Carefree)
I arrived at the test site one hour before the start because I was too nervous, and I was staring at Kuromoto for 30 minutes at the nearby Doutor. I entered the test site 30 minutes ago, finished the reception, took a photo of my face, sat in a chair and waited, the feeling at this time was a prisoner waiting for execution, I was scared.
As rumored, the content of the important exams was very similar to the questions of Kuromoto Simulated A and B.
I received the result by email 10 minutes after the test. The score rate was 88% (pass line 65%), and I got a guts pose.
Even now, I can understand it, so it seems that there were quite a lot of mistakes. If you are taking the Java Silver exam looking at this, please be careful (?)
After all, the biggest bottleneck was the exam fee. 26,600 yen is hard ...: sob: However, even if you have less than a year of Java experience like yourself, you can get it if you study for 3 weeks, so if you can afford it, I recommend you to take it, especially those who plan to learn Java and start job hunting. Is especially recommended. The next goal is the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination, Gambarzo.
