I tried to access windows and wsl.
windows10 64bit ubuntu 18.04
In the wsl shell, type:
explorer.exe .
In my case, it was \ wsl $ \ Ubuntu-18.04 \ home.
cp test.txt /mnt/c/Users/***/Documents
cmd.exe /c start $(wslpath -w ./media/videos/test0/480p15/test0.mp4)
explorer.exe .
that's all.
